QUALITY POLICY

ELEKTROEPILACJA.PL Sp. z o.o. runs the school “Apilus.pl, Académie Dectro Warszawa”, where we design, organise and deliver electrolysis training: from the basic course, through practical training for practising electrologists, to training in the operation of Apilus devices. Our goal is to train electrologists who, after the training, perform treatments safely, effectively and independently.

The Management Board of the Company undertakes to:

• meet the requirements of training participants, models and Académie Dectro, as well as legal, sanitary and other requirements applicable to our activity;

• provide reliable knowledge and practice in line with Académie Dectro standards: on original Apilus devices, in small groups, with treatments performed on models under the supervision of a trainer;

• ensure the safety and hygiene of classes (for participants, models and staff) in accordance with the Infection Prevention Procedure PZ-01;

• carry out independent validation of learning outcomes before a certificate is issued: the certificate is awarded only to a participant who has passed the validation;

• provide competent trainers and validators with confirmed qualifications who systematically develop their competences;

• protect the personal data of participants and models, including health data, and keep information confidential;

• cooperate with proven suppliers of devices, materials and services, in particular single use sterile materials;

• manage risks and opportunities, taking into account the impact of climate change on the school’s activity;

• continually improve the Quality Management System compliant with PN-EN ISO 9001:2015, based on participant feedback, validation results, audits and complaints.

The quality policy provides the framework for setting and reviewing quality objectives, which the Management Board sets at least once a year (Register of quality objectives R-3/K-01). The policy is communicated to staff and associates (confirmation of familiarisation: F-02/P-01 or F-03/P-05), made available in Bitrix24, in training room U2 and to interested parties on request, and reviewed at least once a year as part of the management review.
