FAQ
Before you contact us
Send a request via our website form or on WhatsApp at 515 222 980. We’ll match a model to your practice, confirm availability, then issue a pro forma invoice or prepare a leasing application. We sell devices to businesses operating in Poland; probes and skincare ship without restrictions.
Yes, we deliver across Poland. You can also collect your device in person at ul. Kaliska 23, Warsaw, and get trained on it straight away. Pro-Tec probes and skincare go out by courier from our Warsaw warehouse.
Send a request via our website or on WhatsApp at 515 222 980. We’ll send the course programme and available dates, and reserve your place in a group of up to 5 people on your chosen date. Booking a date doesn’t oblige you to buy a device.
Devices carry a 36-month manufacturer’s warranty; accessories 90 days. We service devices ourselves in Warsaw, with no paid periodic inspections required. In rare cases a device goes to the manufacturer in Canada, but the vast majority of repairs are done on site.
