One-day xCell Pur training is included in the device price. We go through the modes, probe selection and settings using your real cases.

FAQ
FAQs from electrolysis specialists
Yes, for practising electrologists. One-day training on the device is included in the purchase price — we don’t charge separately for it. If you’re starting electrolysis from scratch, you’ll need the Basic Electrolysis Course at the Dectro Academy: 120 hours of online theory and 5 days of practice on models in Warsaw, 7,900 PLN gross, with a certificate. The course fee can be included in the lease together with the device.
The device comes with a 36-month manufacturer’s warranty, and accessories with a 90-day warranty. We do all servicing ourselves in Warsaw, so repairs never require shipping equipment abroad. We don’t require paid periodic inspections; the only consumables are probes and skincare products.
It depends on the model. Some devices are in stock at our Warsaw warehouse and ship within a few business days. If the model you need isn’t in stock, we order it from the manufacturer, with a lead time of up to 2 months. We confirm availability and the exact lead time before invoicing and let you know straight away if anything changes. We deliver throughout Poland, and you can also collect the device in person in Warsaw at ul. Kaliska 23 and combine pickup with training on it.
Yes. We offer leasing or instalment plans for businesses, with terms of up to 60 months. The cost of training can be included in the agreement together with the device, so you can get started without using your own funds. To prepare a quote, we need your NIP number, the chosen model and your preferred financing term (24, 36, 48 or 60 months); a preliminary decision usually arrives the same or the next business day. Financing is available to companies registered in Poland.
