Yes, our advice is free, with no obligation. We discuss your practice and prepare a recommendation; you decide at your own pace.
Yes. You can buy just the device, just probes and skincare, or just training without any equipment. One exception: if you’re new to electrolysis, we sell the device together with the Basic course. A device without training just sits idle.
Yes. Company leasing or instalments for up to 60 months, with the option to include the training fee in the agreement with the device. For a quote we need your NIP, the chosen model and your preferred financing term; a preliminary decision usually comes within one business day. Financing is available to companies registered in Poland.
Three things matter: how many treatments you plan per week, which areas you work on most often and what your starting budget is. Based on that, we suggest a specific model instead of sending you the whole price list. A demo helps most: visit us in Warsaw at ul. Kaliska 23 and try the device yourself.
Yes. A phone or video call is enough — usually just one. Afterwards we send a written recommendation: model, configuration and a financing quote. An in-person demo in Warsaw is an option, not a requirement.
Practising electrologists get one-day device training included in the price. New to electrolysis? You’ll need the Basic Electrolysis Course: 120 hours of online theory and 5 days of practice in Warsaw, 7,900 PLN gross, with a certificate on completion. The course fee can be included in the lease with the device.
Yes. We have our own service centre in Warsaw and give a 36-month manufacturer’s warranty on devices and 90 days on accessories. No paid periodic inspections are required, and most repairs are done in-house.
